Multi-Tenant Billing SaaS for ISPs

The challenge

Internet service providers were managing subscriptions, invoices and payment collection by hand. They needed a multi-tenant product where each ISP could manage its own customers, with payments and notifications handled automatically.

What I built

  Designed a multi-tenant data model isolating each ISP's customers, plans and invoices.

  Automated recurring billing and integrated SSLCommerz for online payment processing.

  Integrated GSM modules to send automated billing and payment notifications by SMS.

  Improved scalability with horizontal scaling and load distribution behind Nginx; built GitHub Actions CI/CD to cut release time.

Results

• Serving more than 2,000 subscribers with automated billing.
• Manual collection and reminder work eliminated for operators.
• Faster, safer releases through automated deployment.
