Discovery call (free, 30 min)
We talk through your goals, users, constraints and timeline. I'll ask hard questions early so we avoid building the wrong thing. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.
- Step 02
Written proposal in 2 business days
You receive a document with scope, milestones, timeline, fixed price and what's excluded. Nothing starts until you've approved it. NDA available before the call if you prefer.
- Step 03
Architecture & set-up (week 1)
Repository in your GitHub organisation, CI/CD, staging environment, database design and API contracts. Your project is production-shaped from the first commit.
- Step 04
Build in 1–2 week sprints
Working software every sprint with a demo, a shared progress board and direct Slack/WhatsApp access. Priorities can change between sprints — scope changes are quoted, never hidden.
- Step 05
QA, launch & hand-off
Testing, performance checks, deployment to production, documentation and a walkthrough for your team. You own the code, the infrastructure and the accounts.
- Step 06
Support & growth
A support window is included. After that, choose a monthly retainer for ongoing features, monitoring and priority fixes — or simply come back when you need the next milestone.

A 1-week review of your codebase, architecture, performance and security with a prioritised, actionable report — ideal before scaling or fundraising.
Every engagement includes: code in your repository, documentation, CI/CD and a written agreement.
Working together: common questions
What tools do you use for communication?
Slack, WhatsApp, email and Google Meet/Zoom. Progress is tracked on a shared board (Jira, Trello, Linear or Notion — your choice).
How do payments work?
For fixed-scope projects: a deposit to start, then payment at each milestone. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. I accept bank transfer, Wise, Payoneer and Stripe.
What if the scope changes mid-project?
Changes are normal. Anything outside the agreed scope is estimated separately and only started with your approval, so the budget never drifts silently.
Do you work with agencies as a white-label developer?
Yes. Several of my projects were delivered through agencies and consultancies. I'm comfortable working under your brand with your client.
